I find only two things that could be changed for the better. The first is the woman's position. It would look better if she were not centered, but a bit more to the left.
The second thing is her height. Just compare the railing to how tall she is, and you'll see that it only comes up to her knee at most. Not a very protective railing for an oncoming storm. Not noticeable at first, but after gazing at it, you can't miss it.
Anyhow, nice touch with the blowing leaves and cloudy background.
